i’m a nasm certified personal trainer + a certified nutrition consultant through the national academy of metabolic science.

feeling like you’re spinning your wheels when it comes to losing fat, gaining muscle or just feeling good overall? i’ve been there! but movement is medicine + what you put in your body matters. taking control of your health through nutrition + fitness can be the single best thing you could ever do for yourself.

my goal is to help you enhance your quality of life through your fitness, nutrition, mindset + overall health. i want you to learn how to properly fuel your body + ditch everything diet culture has taught you about fad diets + restrictive eating. there are no quick fixes + this stuff takes time, but it’s nothing you can’t do once you commit to prioritizing yourself. everyone should know what it feels like to truly feel good.

    i coach a flexible approach to nutrition based on macronutrient goals, flexible meal plans, or a combination of the two. i’m here to educate you on what is in the foods you’re eating + how to properly fuel your body without restriction.

  • nutrition + training

    customized nutrition plan along with a custom training program specific to your goals + needs. this can be a gym or at home program. i recommend clients send me weekly videos of their training to assess form + intensity.

  • both options include:

    detailed weekly check ins with adjustments made as needed

    access to me outside of formal check ins for questions or concerns
